Find your shipment, understand an update, and know where to turn for help with an order.
Find your shipment
Look in the delivery message or tracking link shared by your seller. Current Correfy numbers begin with COR followed by 12 digits. If you haven’t received a number, contact your seller through your original order.
Copy the complete number and check for missing or repeated digits. Use COR and 12 digits without spaces or a dash. The tracking form will explain a format mistake. If a correctly entered number is still not found, ask your seller to confirm the latest link.
Previously issued links remain supported while they are active. A link may stop working if it expires or is withdrawn. If that happens, ask your seller for the current tracking link.
Understand an update
A parcel may travel between facilities without a new scan. The page continues to show the latest recorded event until more information arrives. A gap in updates does not, on its own, confirm that the parcel is lost.
The reported delivery was left with a neighbour at the shipment’s destination. Check which destination and shipment stage the page describes, then contact your seller if you need help confirming receipt.
Some orders travel to a warehouse before continuing to the buyer. An update for the warehouse stage does not confirm delivery to the buyer’s address. The route on the page identifies the stage being tracked.
A tracking page can only show the information supplied for the shipment. Missing times, time zones, locations, or product details are left unspecified.
